Why I Created This Framework

There was a point in my career on Wall Street when constant pressure, long hours, and pushing through exhaustion had simply become normal. On paper, I looked successful but behind the scenes I was completely burnt out. I remember wondering how long anyone could realistically live and work that way.

Eventually, I made the difficult decision to step away. Not because I didn’t care about my career, but because I knew something had to change. What struck me most was realizing how many of the women around me were quietly experiencing the same thing — exhausted, overwhelmed, and trying to keep up with a culture that rarely slowed down.

That experience is what led me to create this framework. I didn’t want other women to feel like burnout was the inevitable cost of success. There is a better way to support your energy, regulate stress, and build habits that allow your career and your health to work together.
